RGT Integrated Projects Ltd. (RGT) is a family based, full service, results oriented company with an outstanding team of dedicated individuals who take pride in striving for exceptional results while saving our clients money. Ours is a team approach working with our customers in the areas of civil/municipal services, commercial and community buildings, new home construction as well as renovations and retrofits. We specialize in Design Build, Construction Management and Project Management with new construction as well as retrofits and modernizations. We provide full construction services from project conceptualization through to commissioning. We are located in Airdrie, Alberta and we have been in business since 2008. Our focus is to serve communities throughout Alberta with Building and Consulting Services.


Richard Tatro (RET)
Owner / General Manager/ Lead Safety Officer

Richard brings an extensive twenty-five year history of municipal engineering, design, land development and construction management success to RGT. Over the past ten years Richard has managed well over $50,000,000.00 in Capital Projects, which within the past three years includes a new school, water and 2 (two) wastewater treatment plants. Richard has a specific proficiency in the area of energy-efficient and LEED building alternatives. He has worked diligently to develop a relationship of trust and respect with his clients. Projects under his management have a record of being completed safely, on budget and on schedule.


Darwin Gallagher
Senior Project Manager/Safety Officer


Highly respected in the industry, with a proven track record of twenty-seven years, Darwin’s expertise as Construction Manager with commercial, industrial and residential projects is invaluable to our clients. Darwin’s experience includes a wide range of building techniques and materials including block, steel engineered, and stick-built. Darwin has also worked with the Alpine motif in his role of Project Manager for the Design-Build of the Sportsplex in Armstrong, B.C.

In the past few years, Darwin has been highly successful supervising a number of RGT’s major design-build assignments including a Multi-purpose Youth Building, an Adult Education Centre and our rural Social Housing Project - having recently been Project Principal for the construction of 12 Energuide 80 homes. Darwin puts Safety first and takes pride in a perfect job-site safety record.


Jesse Faszer
Site Superintendent

Jesse’s interpersonal skills when matched with his broad construction expertise make for a site superintendent, who is able to train, develop and keep a site crew with a work ethic and passion for doing a good job which is second to none. In the past few years Jesse’s work includes taking the lead as site Superintendent, in the design-build of an Adult Education Centre, new construction of community buildings and school major electrical upgrades and retrofits.


Matthew Tatro
Project Coordinator

With an eye for meticulous detail, Matthew ensures that the standard of the final stages of RGT’s projects are exceptionally high. With a background in custom painting, Matthew has been highly successful leading a number of RGT’s major renovation assignments including the complete overhaul of a 40-year old community recreation complex. This included all electrical, mechanical and structural work. Matthew takes a lead role in our new home construction projects-currently coordinating all work on 12 energy efficient homes for a First Nation community.


Mary Stacey (M.A.)
Senior Executive Assistant/Project Manager

Mary’s knack for valuing the contributions of all members of the Project Team, brings the big picture perspective together so that all components of a project can find a synergistic fit.
With excellent writing and research skills, and a thirty year history of working with First Nations communities, Mary sources funds and training dollars for projects which add value to the overall deliverable. Her talent for Project Management and her people skills results in projects which are recognized and celebrated not only for their technical accuracy but also for the inclusive, multi-dimensional Team effort and end product success.


Laurie Ann Ollinger (Dip. Bus Admin-Accounting)
Finance Officer

With a 10-year history in Corporate Finance, Laurie Ann’s detail oriented approach to all financial matters results in the achievement of the efficient and accountable management of all project finances.
Laurie Ann’s adaptable and friendly approach results in each client’s unique needs being met with a responsive, individual and accommodating accounting system being developed to meet client expectations.
